The procedure of reviewing process in Argumenta Oeconomica

    1. The paper is subject of initial review, where content is verified with regard to: possible scientific contribution and suitability for "Argumenta Oeconomica"
    2. In case of positive result of initial review, the paper is reviewed by two referees, in the double-blind review process.
    3. The referee opinion is in written form.
    4. In the case of substantial changes in the revised version of the paper, the reviewing process is repeated.
    5. Final decision as to the publication is made by Editorial Board.

    Language – English

No manuscript submitted shall have been or will be published elsewhere.
Papers should be submitted online via the Electronic System of Submitting and Reviewing Articles https://review.ue.wroc.pl/.

Submissions will not be accepted by e-mail or in hard copy.

The authors must fill in and sign the following statement, and send to the editorial office's e-mail address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Editors will initially screen submissions, prior to reviewing, and inform authors if the papers appear unsuitable for this journal.

Manuscripts in Microsoft Word should be typed on one side of the paper only, double-spaced throughout with wide margins.

Tables and Figures should be numbered consecutively and placed on separate sheets, with an indication in the text as to their appropriate placement.

The manuscript should begin with an abstract. The abstract should not contain any formulae or references. Its purpose is to summarise clearly the principal conclusions of the paper.

The paper should be subdivided into sections and subsections as necessary. Main headings (centred) should designate the major sections; side headings (underlined) should designate minor sections.

References must be listed alphabetically by the surname of the first author followed by the title, journal name, volume, pages for journal references, year; and author(s), title, and publisher for the book references, city and year.

All references should be indicated in the manuscript by the author's surname followed by the year of publication: e. g. Hellwig (1968). Where references include three or more authors, the form Hellwig et al. (1993) should be used.

Footnotes should be avoided. Parentheses should be used in their place.

No maximum length for the paper is prescribed; however authors should write concisely.

Because of the double-blind review process, please note that you must submit a blind copy of your manuscript.

Please note that, the "secretary approval" status does not occur directly after uploading the article. The article receives this status after obtaining a positive result from the peer-review process, which usually lasts from one to one and a half month.
